| Stock Products Ordering Ready-Made Handwriting Styles and Schoolhouse Fonts can be ordered online anytime and then downloaded immediately. You can also select CD shipping to have the software shipped on CD. Items ordered on weekends and holidays, or after 3 p.m. on weekdays, will ship the next business day. | |
| Custom Font Processing Time Custom fonts (Pro, Print and Sig) are processed within 2 to 3 weeks, after we receive your Handwriting Sample Form via mail or email. We cannot create a custom font without your handwriting sample form. Rush Processing is also available (see below). | |

| Refund Policy If you decide not to use the product you have purchased, you can delete the software and request a refund within the first 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser only; shipping charges cannot be refunded if the product has shipped on CD. No refunds will be given after 30 days. Unfilled custom orders can be exchanged for other products. | |
| Satisfaction Guaranteed If you are not completely satisfied with your custom vLetter software after you receive it, we will work with you to resolve your issues, or refund your money within 30 days of shipping. Shipping charges and Rush Processing fees cannot be refunded. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser only. | |

| Download Replacement If you lose your handwriting font, or it is accidentally deleted, you can simply download it again using the download link in your emailed receipt. | |
| Replacement after 30 Days If you have lost your font and the download link has already expired (after 30 days), we can replace your download file from our secure archives for a small fee. Downloads are deleted regularly to keep files secure and to increase server efficiency. Replacements for older version software can be upgraded here. | $50.00 |

| We are closed on all national holidays in the United States. We will also be closed for Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday and Friday in November) and Christmas (Dec. 24-25). Christmas ordering: Please keep in mind that US Mail takes a lot longer in the weeks before Christmas, due to the huge volume of letters, cards and gifts being sent, and also due to occasional poor weather conditions. If you are ordering a custom font and want it completed before Christmas, it is best to return the handwriting form to us via a trackable method (Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or overnight express delivery), as we are not responsible for delays in the US Mail or other delivery services. Also, keep in mind the processing times at the top of this page. We need to receive your form 2 to 3 weeks in advance of holidays for standard processing, or at least 5 business days in advance for Rush processing. Please indicate if you would like Rush processing, and include payment. 2012 deadlines: Handwriting sample forms must be received by Dec. 10 for normal processing with email delivery, and by Dec. 17 for 5-day Rush processing with email delivery. Our free download delivery method is the fastest way to receive your custom software, once it is ready to ship. Be sure your email account does not block our email domain (vLetter.com), and be sure to check your junk mail box anyway, if you don’t see the email in your Inbox. You can receive email delivery in addition to CD delivery at no extra charge. Be sure to indicate the shipping method on your form. |
