This is the handwriting of Conni Tawley of Mattawamkeag, Maine, an intermediate tennis player who aspired to be a tennis official. She aced the written exams and served notice on her friends about her career plans. She confidently entered the racket of tennis officiating and through no fault of her own, after courting the instructor, ended up taking a backhand from her. Apparently, the instructor took a swing at her for her lack of experience. Conni bounced back, rallied and matched her aggression with love and began her career. She’s having a ball!
