vLetter Pearson Font — FREE!
This font is the handwriting of First Lieutenant Alexander Pearson Jr., for which Pearson Field in Vancouver, Washington was named. Pearson Field is the oldest continuously operating airfield in the Pacific Northwest. The Pearson font was developed for marketing materials used in its 100-year anniversary in 2005.
The airfield’s lone runway is located directly beneath the final approach to runway 10L at nearby Portland International Airport. This results in many TCAS (traffic collision avoidance system) “events”, so watch yer head when landing or taking off from Pearson Field!
