vLetter Daniel Font — FREE!
This is the handwriting of Daniel M., the son of one of our font designers. Daniel is seven years old and his father is teaching him cursive writing (since it’s not being taught in his school). Pretty solid handwriting for a seven year old! Handwriting of all types has taken a serious hit in recent years. Common Core State Standards (CCSS) introduced in 2010 don’t even include handwriting. If you are interested in promoting handwriting, get in touch with your local school board and get involved. Think of a future where no one (except experts) in the U.S. can actually read the original U.S. Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution for themselves!
