Doug Aholè – is an Excavation Expert, but he wasn’t always so, he started work in the family office he was always buried under a mountain of paperwork, and they just kept shoveling it on, when things got tough he remembered the times digging holes in the backyard as a kid, it was the only time he really felt grounded. When he got the chance to help build a new office he ditched his paperwork and couldn’t wait to dig in, he never went back to his desk and feels a hole lot better.
