Eric Yammerhammer is best known for his famous chocolate chip-kimchi cookies. The idea for using the traditional dish of fermented vegetables with cabbage and beef stock in a cookie recipe came to Eric one night when he was dining at his favorite Korean restaurant. And although the flavor of these treats isn’t to everyone’s taste, those who do like these cookies say they are the best of east meets west.
