vLetter Illini Font — FREE!
The creation of this font was funded by Mr. Cowell Lablonsky (an alumnus of the Univ. of Illinois) to cover a bet made with Dr. Lance Boyle (an alumnus of Northwestern Univ.). In 2013, Northwestern beat Illinois in their annual football game and Dr. Boyle won a font in his own handwriting. There was no stipulation of how the font was to be named.
