This is the font Kristie Z Long, a 30 year veteran wildlife photographer from the Audubon Society. Kristie has personally categorized hundreds of bird families and has images of some of the rarest birds in the world, she told one of our researchers a very interesting fact about migrating birds: She asked him “Do you know why one side of the v formation is usually longer than the other…” He couldn’t wait to get this great piece of insider bird knowledge and asked “Know Why” Kristie replied with a laugh, “because there are more birds on that side!”
