vLetter Laverne Font — FREE!
Laverne is a font inspired by the Laverne character (Penny Marshall) from the ’70’s – ’80’s sitcom “Laverne & Shirley”. The show was a spin-off from Happy Days, as the two lead characters were originally introduced on that series as acquaintances of Fonzie. The Laverne font is very feminine in keeping with Laverne’s character (that’s saracasm). One of our founders was IN LOVE with Laverne, so he had the font designed as he imagined Laverne’s handwriting to be. So, be careful when you use this font. Its femininity is powerful! As Laverne said, “I just said ‘you bet your buns’ to a nun! Does that count as a sin? ” – VERY feminine.
