Nobody knows why horse trainer Scottc left town one dark and stormy night, but people have their theories. Scottc had been the reining barrel racer for 10 years at the local rodeo; and every time he won someone would stirrup suspicions about him cheating. And folks knew Scottc wasn’t that stable, so many locals aren’t surprising that he would make hay and leave. It was also suspected that he was horsing around with the mare’s wife.
