Justin, one of our font designers is a huge Rockabilly fan, and this font was designed for Eleanor Broadwater one of the credited writers of the Dale Hawkins’ original song Susie Q. Many say Eleanor just put her name on the song to receive royalties, but if you’ve ever seen Eleanor walk, or hear her talk, there’s little doubt she was the inspiration for the classic hit.
