vLetter Vonhugh Font — FREE!
The Vonhugh font is derived from the Vonhugh estate in Arlington, Virginia, which was originally owned by Cecil and Marianne Vonhugh. Cecil was in advertising and known for his work in billboard marketing. To prove the power of billboards as viable advertising platforms, Cecil posted billboards around his estate and filled them with advertisements about his family (much to the chagrin of said family). The graphic designer of this billboard art created a special font for these ads and named it the Vonhugh. Many people in advertising still refer to a billboard campaign as the Vonhugh strategy.
