vLetter Xiefred Font — FREE!
Xiefred is the handwriting font of the art director of the Hattiesburg Museum of Modern Art (HMOMA) – Xiefred Klum. The HMOMA was established in 1932 by an endowment from Mrs. Geraldine McWhirter. The museum has struggled since its founding attracting 17 visitors in 2014, down from 21 in 2013. In its heyday, the museum attracted upwards of 100 visitors a year. In an effort to increase visitors, HMOMA initiated a direct mail campaign using Xiefred’s handwriting font in their appeal to increase awareness. Success! The HMOMA has actually had to hire additional staff to handle the increase in visitors.
