vLetter Calvin Font — FREE!
This handwriting font is in tribute to Calvin of the Calvin and Hobbes cartoon series by Bill Watterson. Much to everyone’s delight, Watterson returned to the cartooning world for a very short time in 2014 in Stephen Pastis’ cartoon column “Pearls Before Swine” www.washingtonpost.com/news/comic-riffs/wp/2014/06/06/exclusive-calvin-and-hobbes-creator-bill-watterson-returns-to-the-comics-page-to-offer-a-few-pearls-gems/ Unannounced, unanticipated and unnamed, Watterson drew a few days’ comics with Pastis and only afterwards Pastis announced that Watterson, indeed, collaborated with Pastis on the cartoons. Watterson does NOT appreciate the images he sees everywhere of Calvin peeing on everything from Fords, to Chevrolets to lawyers (OK, maybe he laughs at that one).
