This font was designed for the Henry’s Fork Guide Association for use in promotional pieces advertising their fly fishing guide services. Henrys Fork is a tributary river of the Snake River in southeastern Idaho in the United States and offers legendary trout fishing opportunities.

The names of trout flies used on the Henry’s Fork offer some humorous alternatives to the staid “Quill Gordon”, “Royal Coachman'” or “Royal Wulff.” “Meat Whistle”, “Woolly Bugger” and “Sofa Pillow” are all more entertaining names. Descriptive names also work: “Egg-sucking leach” – then there’s the famous “Chernobyl Ant”. Great name. If you are in the area and want to fish, use one of the local guides and they may hook you up (pun intended) with a “Moose Turd” (I’m not making this up).
