vLetter Varland Font — FREE!
The Varland font was commissioned by the Italian Rastafari community to honor Caterina Varland Calia. Caterina represented the Rastafari’s in the landmark 2008 decision by Italy’s Court of Cassation. The court ruled that since the Rastafari religion considers marijuana a sacrament, its members should be given special consideration when it comes to possession. This resulted in the annulment of a sentence given to a Italian reggae musician. This font was developed using her notes from the trial.
