This is a the handwriting of C.P. Bishop, one of the founders of Pendleton Woolen Mills. Bishop was the son-in-law of Thomas Kay, who founded Thomas Kay Woolen Mill in Salem, Oregon. This handwriting font was constructed using print samples from business correspondence of Bishop’s from 1910 – 1912. Thanks to The Umatilla County Historical Museum for the loan of his business correspondence. Nice cursive font!
