Emilio Fugaro of Passaic, NJ is widely considered to be the inventor of left-handed cavatappi. Cavatappi is a type of “tubular corkscrew” pasta. Being left-handed, Emilio had a personal interest in the invention and had to modify his pasta equipment to run backwards to produce his version of cavatappi. Emilio asked us to create a handwriting font using his handwriting for marketing materials for his dried pasta product. If you see it in the supermarket – buy it! (especially if you happen to be left-handed).
