This handwriting was inspired by the handwriting of Bill Evans, legendary jazz pianist. No joke here, Bill Evans was a force in jazz and performed with Miles Davis in the most successful jazz album ever – “Kind of Blue” in 1959. For that album, he composed “Blue in Green” and was paid $25 by Miles so that Miles could attribute “Blue and Green” to himself. Listen to “Waltz for Debby” (www.youtube.com/watch?v=dH3GSrCmzC8) written for his niece and you’ll begin to understand his genius. Bill began to depend on heroin and then cocaine in his later years and died in 1980 at age 51. Why do some of the most talented die early?
